一、个人简介
季柯,男,1993年10月生。2015年在重庆大学电气工程专业获得学士学位,2021年6月在中国电力科学研究院获得博士学位。曾于2021年-2022年在美国伦斯勒理工学院开展研究工作,2022年底加入华北电力大学。每年招收2名硕士研究生。
